Heritage Locations LTD requires an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead their Restaurant team alongside the General Manager and operate their busy Restaurant at Tudor Barn Eltham.
Tudor Barn Eltham is a truly unique venue holding the distinction of being the only existing Tudor Barn in London. Situated within our historic building is a Gastro Pub and Restaurant perfect for casual dining as well as celebratory meals. We also have a newly refurbished fully stocked bar.
Catering for a wide range of customer, from local residents having breakfast, the family eating a lunch and our evening clientele dining in out restaurant, you will need to be confident with a busy challenging environment. You will be leading the restaurant team and working with our head chef on innovations and service standards. You will have a natural flair with people and be organised. The customer experience must be your highest priority and you will need to lead and motivate your team to achieve success and drive the business forward. You will have financial responsibility for bevarage and overhead costs and payroll. You will be required to ensure high standards of presentation, staff training and development, people management, team work, innovation, marketing, organisation, health and safety, including food hygiene, are followed. The right candidate could be a current Assistant Manager looking to take the next step as Restaurant Manager, or established Restaurant Manager looking to take on a new challenge, they will prove themselves in the position and assist us with growing revenue as we help develop their career.
Sector Hospitality & Catering: Waiting Staff/Bar Staff

Sector Hospitality & Catering: Chef De Partie
Job Type: Full Time
As a chef de partie you get to oversee a section of the kitchen, be it pastry, butchery, fish, sauces, vegetables and so on.
•Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your speciality
•Managing and training any demi-chef de parties or commis working with you
•Helping the sous chef and head chef to develop new dishes and menus
•Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
Sector Hospitality & Catering: Kitchen Porter/Kitchen Assistant
Job Type: Full Time/Part Time
• You will need to be able to work in a busy environment
• Have experience of accepting, and the correct handling of food deliveries
• Always aim to keep the kitchen, storage areas, fridges and freezers clean and tidy.
• Be able to work full time, and hours will include evenings and weekends.
• Be willing to do small amounts of basic food preparation, if required

Tudor Barn Eltham has no parking facilities onsite. Parking can be accommodated along Kidbrooke Lane, which has no restrictions. Kidbrooke Lane can be accessed from Westhorne Avenue due to a road block on the A208 Well Hall Road entrance. Alternatively, Well Hall Road has a 90 minute parking restriction.
Eltham Railway Station is only five minutes away with fast trains to London Bridge via Lewisham (DLR). There are also regular Buses (124, 132, 160, 161 & 286) to Bromley, Catford, Chislehurst, Eltham and Woolwich.
